Full spoilers for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 1 below.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has finally arrived on Disney Plus. The latest Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) project is sure to be the talk of the town for the next couple of months, and will cover it extensively throughout its nine episodes.
This includes all the mid- and post-credits scenes in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law as well. As we noted in our spoiler-free She-Hulk review, we’ve seen the first four episodes of the MCU’s Phase 4 production. Why is this a big deal? Because we know that, at least for the next few weeks, there will be plenty of post-credits scenes for Marvel fans to enjoy.
And that makes She-Hulk’s Disney Plus show something of an anomaly. Most MCU TV shows like Moon Knight and Ms Marvel only come packed with an awkward scene or two mid-credits. On the other hand, Attorney at Law looks like it will have one per episode (at the very least). So what better way to explain it all to you than in a handy She-Hulk post-credits scene guide?
Below, we’ll show you all the mid and post-credits scenes in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Right now, we’re only on one episode of the Disney Plus series, so there’s only one mid-credits scene to flesh out. As the weeks go by, we’ll update this article with the latest post-credits scenes for you to learn more, so be sure to bookmark this page and return every Thursday for information on each new post-credits scene.
Here, then, is what the She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 1 post-credits scene means to the show. and the MCU.
She-Hulk Episode 1 Post-Credits Scene Explained: Captain America Theory Confirmed
Given its positioning as a comedy series, you won’t be surprised to learn that She-Hulk’s episode 1 post-credits scene is particularly entertaining.
Going back to the time of Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk with Bruce Banner/Smart Hulk in their retreat in Mexico, an apparently drunk Walters laments the fact that Steve Rogers – who is Captain America, to you and to us – died a virgin. This is related to a scene early in the show’s premiere when Walters was telling Banner about his theory that Cap never had sex due to his superhero and Avengers commitments.
Walters continues to work on the water until, tired of listening to Cap, Smart Hulk reaches the breaking point and tells Walters the startling truth about Rogers: he no die a virgin. He lost his virginity in 1943 on the USO Tour, which he starred in during Captain America: The First Avenger before becoming the superhero we (and the MCU) eventually knew he was.
Immediately, Walters comes out of his drunken state. Shocked, Smart Hulk quickly realizes that his cousin was playing with him, acting drunk to make him spill tea on Rogers’ sex life. Delighted that she’s been right all along, Walters starts yelling “Captain America F-“, but the screen goes black just before she can finish her triumphant, profanity-laden comment.
